2025 Policy Discussions
Dr. Yashaswini Singh, mandated by Maryland’s 2024 HB 1388, presented findings on PE in Maryland physician practices, covering trends, geographic penetration, affected communities, and participation in value-based care. Erin Fuse Brown provided policy recommendations to the state on enhancing oversight of healthcare transactions, protecting healthcare workers, and increasing ownership transparency.
