Nathan Hostert MPA
Biography
Nathan Hostert, MPA, is the Director for State Policy at the Center for Advancing Health Policy through Research (CAHPR). In this role, Nathan leads CAHPR’s engagement with state policymakers, providing technical assistance on state legislation and managing the center’s ongoing state projects. Before joining CAHPR, Nathan served in the office of Massachusetts Senate President, Karen E. Spilka, where he worked on health and social policy legislation. Previously, he worked for the development review and transportation planning teams within the Boston Planning and Development Agency and served in the Financial Litigation Unit of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts. Nathan has a Master of Public Affairs from Brown University.
