Impact

CAHPR bridges research and policy to advance fair, transparent, and sustainable healthcare systems.

Our team of legal analysts, economists, and health policy researchers works with state and federal policymakers to translate evidence into action—developing model legislation, providing technical assistance, and evaluating market reforms.

Federal Policy

Our researchers work with federal agencies and congressional offices to analyze health care markets and inform evidence-based policies that improve affordability, transparency, and accountability in the U.S. health care system.

State Policy

Our researchers work with policymakers in states across the country to analyze health care markets and develop evidence-based policies to lower costs for both consumers and public budgets.
