Lindsey Murtagh is a Distinguished Senior Fellow in the Department of Health Services, Policy, and Practice at the Brown University School of Public Health. She previously served in senior leadership at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where she helped develop federal policies on private insurance, including the No Surprises Act, the Affordable Care Act, mental health parity, and COVID-19 coverage.
