Hayden Rooke-Ley is an Assistant Professor of Health Services Policy and Practice at the Brown University School of Public Health. His work focuses on corporate consolidation in health care, Medicare and Medicaid financing, and health-care workforce issues, with publications in outlets including The New England Journal of Medicine and JAMA, and experience advising state and federal policymakers.
